Warranty Claim

Don't worry, we are here to sort it all out.

To claim warranty for your product please make sure of the following before applying :

  1. The product was purchased from Brickstreet.
  2. The product is within it's warranty period.
  3. The problem against which warranty is claimed, occurs consistently and can be verified.
  4. There has been no physical or liquid damage to the product.

Please note : On claiming warranty, a processing fee of INR 150 will be applicable (includes shipping).

We respond within 1-2 business days and generally require of additional information to process the warranty claim. We thank you for your patience in advance and strive we are able to service you with the best of our abilities.
